Kara is a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing holistic, patient centered care. Her goal is to empower her clients, helping them navigate a path towards a more fulfilling and balanced life through a combination of medication management and supportive psychotherapy.

Operations director & Co-founder
Denise has a passion for mental health care with over 15 years experience. She helps to ensure our operations run smoothly, prioritizing client care and satisfaction. She manages the day to day operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.Â
